Book Review Guidelines

1. Choose a genre for your book review
2. Follow the bibliography format in the example below
3. Write your review.  (For easy editing write in Word and past into the wiki-- or be sure to carefully edit.)  Be sure your opinion about the book is supported with examples from the book and site the page if you use  a quote or other reference.  Follow the source guidelines below.
4. Check your work - remember you are publishing to the world!
5. Post to the wiki (remember to use a "rule" between reviews. 
6. Be sure to rate the book using the 5 STAR rating below.
7. SAVE!

• Author Last Name, First Name. Title. Copyright.  Publisher.  Rating: ***** (1star=ho hum-5 stars=dynamite) Annotation and review of books limited to 100 words or less.

• Creech, Sharon. Love That Dog. Rating: ***** Creech leaves the reader with a warm heart, a teary eye and a laugh from deep down. Every student that ever had to write a poem in school will identify with Jack. Every ready who ever had a pet will know the yellow dog. . Every teacher will hope they will experience a Jack in their lifetime. Creech’s poetic voice delivers such emotional mileage that the reader is left to wonder just how she did it.
